Very pleasant ride that has great places to stop and enjoy along the way. Beautiful parks and plenty of greenery.

This ride goes down a quiet road to Hartley Vale and then descends to the Coxs River. A steep uphill, dirt road section follows to the Jenolan Caves road. Mainly quiet rural roads are then followed to Lithgow.

Oak Flats Station Arrive by train or car Ride to Port Kembla Beach Cafe via cycle path Coffee break Continue via Old Port Road and 5 Islands road, cycleway where possible (Most of it) to Levendi Cafe at Wollongong Harbour, Coffee Break 2. Northern Cycleway to Thirroul Station.  Ride or train as required, potentially back to Oak Flats Bikes can travel free of charge on trains.

Cycling or walking loop starting from the national museum, around east side of the lake.

Easy ride, 22km from Parammatta park to Drummoyne ferry wharf via Parammatta valley cycleway.

Lake Burley Griffin bike tour, about 30 kms of beautiful riding.

Route for a bike ride around Lake Illawarra, starting and Ending Near Illawarra Yacht Club.

***Warning - Narrow culvert just before Collector forces a 30m dash in 110km/h traffic - be very careful - wait for a gap then go go go.****First half is around Canberra and the Federal Highway, with a lovely respite on 15km on the Old Federal Hwy. Remainder is quiet , tending undulating at end
