A multi-user route that is mainly traffic free on bridleways and forestry tracks. Please share the path responsibly and cyclists should give way to walkers and horse riders. There is one section on the highway that has very little traffic. The route passes through Canaston Wood on the Knights Way.

This circular ride at Llys y Fran is an excellent route around one of the few reservoirs in West Wales.
