Moderate mountain bike route along lanes, double track and singletrack. 15 miles

Out on the Triban trail then a loop back to the village. Start and finish and the wonderful community cafe and shop in the village of Llandegla. A lovely, mixed, cross country trail.

A nice bit of old school cross country mountain biking. This is a 23 mile route which we haven't done for years. Great tracks and most with firm weather resistance.The car park is the Cilcain village hall. Opposite the church, just up the road from the pub. CH7 5NN

Mainly quiet roads and some traffic free sections over 4 days

Cilcain pump-house, up the past reservoirs, up grassy hill, down rubbly track, long road section turning right up long hill to forest car park, turn into forest and long descent to balcony track toward transmitter before long road section and climb back to forest car park, returning past Moel Arthur

Mostly level, partly off-road route on the Wirral and beside the Dee Estuary.
